UV Accelerated Weathering Tester
Description
UV Accelerated Aging Chamber is suitable for the aging test of non-metallic materials against sunlight and artificial light sources. This chamber is equipped with 8 pcs of 40w UV fluorescent lamp as the light source. Ultraviolet fluorescent lamps are distributed on both sides of the machine, 4 on each side.
*UVA-340 and UVB-313 light sources are available for users to choose
The UV light accelerated weathering tester adopts the fluorescent ultraviolet lamp as the light source. Through simulating the ultraviolet radiation and condensation in natural sunlight, the accelerated weather resistance test is carried out on the material to obtain the results of the material’s weather resistance
UV, rain, high temperature, high humidity, condensation, darkness, and other environmental conditions in the natural climate can be simulated, by reproducing these conditions, combined into a cycle, and letting it automatically execute the completion cycle times.
UV Accelerated Aging Chamber Features:
- The structure of the test chamber is made of corrosion-resistant metal material, including 8 fluorescent ultraviolet lamps, water tray, test sample holder and a temperature and time control system and indicator.
- The heating method is tank heating, which heats up quickly and the temperature distribution is uniform. The drainage system USES vortex type and u-type sedimentation devices to drain water.
- The box cover is bidirectional clamshell type, easy to open and close, and the bottom of the test box adopts high quality fixable PU movable wheel.
