Penetration-Resistant Insert Flexing Tester UI-FT05
Description
Penetration-Resistant Insert Flexing Tester, also named as Steel Midsole Flexing Tester, is used to test penetration resistant inserts flexing resistance. As described in EN 12568, ISO 20344, the inserts shall exhibit no visible signs of cracking, disintegration or delamination after having been subjected to 1 *106 (one million) flexion cycles.
1. Machine Principle
move the free end of the inserts through a specified distance at a defined rate and a clamoing device consisting of 2 elastic interlayers with 2 metal clamping plates at least 130mm wide. For penetration-resistant inserts, there is another test–Nail penetration(puncture) test.
In the sero position, the guide acts at a distance of (70±1)mm from the clamping plates. In order to accommodate all sizes of inserts, the flexing line can be shifted by up to 10mm in the direction of the heel. The apparatus is suitable to flex at frequency of (16±1) Hz.
2. Unuo Penetration-Resistant Insert Flexing Tester Features
- With safety cover to protect operator.
- 2 test positons
